  • Create your shortlist of candidates that match job/person specification.
  • Submit relevant CVs to you.
  • Sensitively manage full rejection process.

Cost: £1500

 

Option 3 - Midget Gems

  • Maintain and track progress of all applications.
  • Review all CVs received.
  • Create your shortlist of candidates that match job/person specification.
  • Plan and create a detailed screening plan for candidates.
  • Thorough screening with candidates
  • Submit relevant CVs to you with comprehensive notes on successful candidates.
  • Sensitively manage full rejection process with constructive feedback.

Option 4 - Jelly Beans

  • Create an interview plan and advise on the interview process.
  • Conduct first interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Provide feedback on interviews, recommending and advising on outcome.
  • Managing next stage recruitment processes.
  • Sensitively manage full rejection process with constructive feedback.
  • Manage offer process.
  • Manage reference process.
