Senior Quantity Surveyor - Warrington

You’re an established Quantity Surveyor with experience in commercial new build projects. You've been involved in groundworks and cladding packages within a new build contractor, and now looking to move into a senior role.

You’ve worked within a busy commercial function, proven yourself to be a strong communicator by working with stakeholders on multiple levels, and had experience within a client-facing environment.

You’re driven by values, you're motivated, and looking for a QS role where the business will encourage and facilitate further career and personal growth.

If you are looking to take the next step in your career, our Warrington-based client requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and develop their own career while playing a big part in their ambitious growth plans.

As part of this role, you'll:

• Be a dedicated and results-driven surveyor with proven success in achieving profitable contracts.
• Have an analytical approach and excellent time management skills.
• Have strong commercial acumen with good negotiation skills.
• Liaise effectively with clients and architects to maintain/build robust relationships.

Ideally, you'll be:

• From a main contracting background with hands-on experience of project delivery
• Influential towards all levels of management.
• Motivated to manage and deal with change effectively.
• Experienced within the industry and motivated to deliver a high level of service.
• Knowledgeable of JCT contracts and NEC experience.
