Sales Manager - Renfrewshire / Inverclyde

Do you have experience within a Sales or Business Development role? Are you comfortable leading a diverse team of sales professionals?

We’re looking for a talented sales manager who can build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, whilst growing the team and helps with training and learning opportunities to ensure consistent individual progression.

You'll no doubt have experience and understanding of working within busy sales function, you'll be a strong communicator and ideally have worked with customers globally.

As part of this role, you'll:

• Expand current customer base internationally by designing and implementing a strategic business plan.
• Grow the team and help with training and learning opportunities to ensure consistent individual progression.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience as a team leader or sales manager
• Ability to manage teams remotely
• Proficient in influencing change at all levels within an organisation.
• Experience in working within International markets (South American markets preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
