You’re an established Regional Manager, working within the construction industry building a steady stream of new projects for the business, utilising your network to maintain and build relationships within the industry.

You’ve worked within a fast-paced fit-out main contractor, proven yourself to be a strong communicator, worked with stakeholders on multiple levels and had experience with bespoke high-value project.

You’ll be joining the team based in Edinburgh as their Regional Division Lead, working closely with the operations manager and senior directors to focus on growing the business in Scotland. Although reporting to the Edinburgh office, the role offers a flexible working model, where you can be based either at home or in the office.

If you can:

  • Be a dedicated and results-driven Manager with experience in high-value fit-out projects.
  • Have an analytical approach and excellent time management skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Have strong commercial acumen with good negotiation skills.
  • Liaise effectively with clients and senior members of the company.

And be:

  • Influential towards all levels of management.
  • Experienced generating new project leads for an established construction company.
  • Motivated to manage and deal with change effectively.
  • Knowledgeable within the industry and motivated to deliver a high level of service.
