You’re an established Proposal or Bid co-ordinator with experience in design and build construction projects and have been involved in commercial fit-out and refurb projects, looking for a fresh challenge.
You’ve worked within a fast-track project delivery function, proven yourself to be a strong communicator by working with stakeholders on multiple levels and had experience in writing bid and tender proposals for a variety of projects.
You’re driven by values, you’re energetic and motivated, and are looking for a development role where the business will facilitate further career and personal growth.

If you can:
- Write engaging content from information provided by the wider team.
- Have an analytical approach and excellent time management skills.
- Have strong commercial acumen with good negotiation skills.
- Liaise effectively with clients and internal teams to maintain/build robust relationships.
And be:
- Proficient in Microsoft packages and Adobe Creative Suite
- Influential towards all levels of management.
- Experienced in pre-construction and tendering processes
- Knowledgeable within the industry and motivated to deliver a high level of service.
