Production Manager - Lanarkshire

You’re an established Production Manager with experience in overseeing a busy production facility, ensuring plans and targets are met.

You’ve worked within a fast-paced production environment and proven yourself to be a strong communicator by working with stakeholders on multiple levels and had experience within the manufacturing industry.

You’re driven by values, you’re energetic and motivated, and are looking for a development role where the business will facilitate further career and personal growth.

If you can:

• Ensure production lines are producing to expected levels of quality and productivity.

• Schedule work to meet customer requirements.

• Implement lean manufacturing practices, to guarantee efficiency is at the highest level.

And be:

• Experienced in managing a factory floor.

• Have knowledge of lean manufacturing processes.

• A great communicator to internal and external stakeholders
