You’re an established IT Support Technician. You’ve worked closely with users, solving their problems, and helping them to get the best out of their user experience.
You’ve worked within a fast-paced client delivery role, proven yourself to be a strong communicator, worked with stakeholders and had experience supporting ICT Services across a large user community …but it’s still not enough.

You’ll be joining the team based in Glasgow as their ICT Support Co-ordinator, playing a vital part in keeping users online and support.
If you can:

Be a fantastic communicator able to talk to users in their language

Have an analytical approach and excellent time management skills.

Solve problems for the team

Liaise effectively with users and stakeholders
And be:

Experienced in first- and second-line support

Competent in installing hardware and performing routine fixes

Able to use monitoring and remote access tools for proactive and reactive support.

Familiar with network infrastructure, including wireless networks.

Hungry to learn new skills and motivated to deliver a high level of service.
