You’re a strategic, high-energy individual who has the dynamism and self-motivation to really stand out within an HR environment.

You take on a great deal of emphasis and responsibility for your role, and you are involved in regular communication with a Board of Directors.

 

As an ambitious HR Manager, you’re looking for a fresh challenge within an award-winning manufacturing organisation based in Stirlingshire, to implement the modernisation of the culture and drive change.

You want far more autonomy and to be given the support to implement new processes and procedures for the benefit of the business and its people.

 

We are looking for a talented, ambitious HR Manager who can be…

 

Responsible for:

  • Employee engagement
  • Succession planning
  • Absence management
  • Learning & Development

 

And has:

  • HR generalist experience, ideally within manufacturing
  • Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task
