A globally-recognised organisation near Inverness are currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager on a permanent basis.
A huge part of the role will involve leading and developing a large team of technicians and so leadership experience is essential.
Key Duties:
- Oversee health and safety, environmental and quality agenda
- Ensure compliance to maintenance regulatory standards
- Develop and deliver continuous improvement activities
- Line management responsibility for team of engineers
- Duty Manager responsibility 1 week in 6.
What you’ll need:
- Leadership experience within engineering/technical environment
- Excellent analytical skills
- UK driving licence
