Contracts Manager - Leeds

You’re an established Contracts Manager with experience in commercial fit-out projects and have been involved within CAT A and CAT B fit-out and refurbishment projects within a design and build contractor, looking for a fresh challenge.

You’ve worked within a fast-track project delivery function, proven yourself to be a strong communicator by working with stakeholders on multiple levels and had experience in managing a team of construction professionals.

You’re driven by values, you’re energetic and motivated, and are looking for a development role where the business will facilitate further career and personal growth.

If you can:

• be a dedicated and results-driven Manager with proven success in achieving profitable contracts.
• Have an analytical approach and excellent time management skills.
• Have strong commercial acumen with good negotiation skills.
• Liaise effectively with clients and internal teams to maintain/build robust relationships.

And be:

• From a Main Contracting background with hands on experience of delivering projects ranging from £500k-£2m.
• Influential towards all levels of management.
• Experienced in pre-construction and tendering processes
• Knowledgeable within the industry and motivated to deliver a high level of service.
