Before I got Engaged
I started working as a waitress when I was 14 years old, during my school summer holidays. I continued to work in hospitality up until I was 21 – and then I took the skills I had gained to the skies! I worked and travelled the world with Emirates Airline. Afterwards I found myself back in hospitality – in the events sector. What I really loved about this was having the responsibility of organising things! Whether it be meetings, events, people, files, cupboards... I just liked putting things in order and watch them run smoothly!
Why I got Engaged
My friend always talked about this great job she had with an exciting recruitment company. She spoke about her colleagues like they were family. She had told me about the company values and I always thought it sounded like a brilliant place to work. I had the pleasure of meeting this fantastic team as I ended up hosting their meeting one day, in the hotel I worked in. When my friend left her job at Engage to go travelling – she kindly left a job opening, which I wanted to fill! I applied as soon as I seen the advert – and here I am!
What Engages Me
I am a wanderer... I have a passion for travel and discovering new places. My favourite city is Bordeaux – right now it’s the only place I find myself re-visiting, at every opportunity!
I love spending time with my family, friends and my gorgeous, fluffball, Shetland Sheepdog – Jude! I’m a big foodie and I enjoy trying new (vegetarian) places to eat! I also like to get lost in a good book.
