Quantity Surveyor - Warrington

You’re an established assistant Quantity Surveyor with experience in commercial projects and have been involved within multiple projects, looking to move into a senior role.

You’ve worked within a busy commercial function, proven yourself to be a strong communicator by working with stakeholders on multiple levels and had experience within tendering processes.

You’re driven by values, you’re energetic and motivated, and looking for a development role where the business will facilitate further career and personal growth.

If you are looking to take the next step in your career, our Warrington-based client requires a Quantity Surveyor to join their team and develop their own career while playing a big part in their ambitious growth plans.

If You Can:

• Be a dedicated and results-driven surveyor with proven success in achieving profitable contracts.

• Have an analytical approach and excellent time management skills.

• Have strong commercial acumen with good negotiation skills.

• Liaise effectively with clients and architects to maintain/build robust relationships.

And Be:

• From a fit-out background with hands-on experience of pre and post-contract experience.

• Influential towards all levels of management.

• Motivated to manage and deal with change effectively.

• Knowledgeable within the industry and motivated to deliver a high level of service.

• Working knowledge of JCT contracts and NEC experience.
