The Role

The successful person will lead a small team and is responsible for leading the sales activities across main markets as well as being hands-on in selling directly to customers.  This role requires hands-on selling with 60% of time spent directly selling to customers and 40% of time co-ordinating the sales team.  This person will be responsible for leading by example in setting and achieving their personal target whilst ensuring that the team are focussed on achieving their commitments.

 

The Candidate

This role requires an experienced B2B Sales Manager, experience selling into international markets who has the following skills/attributes:

  • The ability to develop new customers

  • Leading, coaching, supporting, inspiring and motivating the sales team
  • Developing new customers, following-up effectively and supporting the team in their exertions.

  • Great sales skills with the ability to support the development of others.
