Sales Manager, Glasgow £30,000 - £40,000

They have a language and cultural understanding in their key markets and offer a one-stop shop for all commodity and trading needs in 30+ countries across 5 continents.
The successful person will run a small team and is responsible for leading the sales activities across main markets as well as being hands-on in selling directly to customers. This role is mainly hands-on selling with 85% of time spent directly selling to customer and 15% of time coordinating the sales team. This person will be responsible for leading by example in setting and achieving their personal target whilst ensuring that the team are focused on achieving their commitments.
This role requires an experienced commodity salesperson, with experience in international markets who has the following skills/attributes :
