You’re an established Sales Manager. You’ve established yourself as a high performer in your business and have developed strong relationships with your customers.   

You’ve worked within a sales role, selling products to new and existing customers, proven yourself to be a credible and successful account manager and enjoyed the challenge of building strong relationships with existing and new customers……. but it’s still not enough. 

You want to take the next step in your career. You’ll be joining the team in the Southeast of England as their Area Sales Manager, playing a vital part in their ambitious growth plans.

 

If you can:

  • Be a dedicated and results-driven Sales Manager who is skilled in relationship sales, selling both new and existing products.

  • Develop a plan for managing your area and delivering growth.

  • Provide technical support to end-users, positioning your products as the ‘go to’ for their needs

  • Add value to the marketing mix, suggesting new initiatives and project managing these

  • See that your ambitions are not being met in your current role

 

And be:

  • Willing to learn about new products and markets.

  • Experienced in selling a high-quality product.

  • Motivated to manage yourself, enthusiastic and positive.

  • Planned and analytical, using data to plan your activities

  • Ambitious and learning orientated

  • Prepared to take accountability for your future
