You’re a champion of coordination, someone who’ll ensure your colleagues are supported in the right places and take pride in managing an office.


You’re a great communicator who’s cheerful and happy talking to candidates and suppliers as well as being adept with CRM systems, MS Office and creating sales and purchase invoices.


You’ll be someone who can help us present CVs in the best way possible, make sure we’re equipped with office supplies and enjoys getting stuck in various different projects.

If you can

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the office.

  • Support and assist your team by formatting CV’s, taking minutes of meetings, and taking and relaying messages.

  • Manage all telephone and mail enquiries, using your initiative to support our clients

  • Apply your knowledge of the Microsoft packages to deliver top-class administrative support  

  • Navigate around our CRM system

  • Assist with scheduling content across our social media channels

  • Create sales and purchase invoices

  • Engage with our internal and external suppliers
