You’re an established Proposal or Bid co-ordinator with experience in design and build construction projects and have been involved in commercial fit-out and refurb projects, looking for a fresh challenge.

You’ve worked within a fast-track project delivery function, proven yourself to be a strong communicator by working with stakeholders on multiple levels and had experience in writing bid and tender proposals for a variety of projects.

You’re driven by values, you’re energetic and motivated, and are looking for a development role where the business will facilitate further career and personal growth.

If you are looking to take the next step in your career, our Warrington based client requires a Proposal/Bid coordinator to join their team and develop their own career while playing a big part in their ambitious growth plans.

If you can:

• Write engaging content from information provided by the wider team.
• Have an analytical approach and excellent time management skills.
• Have strong commercial acumen with good negotiation skills.
• Liaise effectively with clients and internal teams to maintain/build robust relationships.

And be:

• Proficient in Microsoft packages and InDesign.
• Influential towards all levels of management.
• Experienced in pre-construction and tendering processes
• Knowledgeable within the industry and motivated to deliver a high level of service.

Package:

• Hybrid working
• Working 39 hours week, 8am-5pm Mon to Thu, 8am-4pm on a Friday.
• 33 days holiday and a half day holiday for birthday.
• 5% Pension Match.
• Company bonus dependent on company performance.
