This is a role for an ambitious, driven and experienced leader within the Construction Industry.

This role will be responsible for running their Edinburgh Operation that currently has a turnover of c£18m offering construction services, leading a multi-disciplined team of 30. This role will lead the growth of the business in this location, and build a team that can support this growth. The Board believe there is a real opportunity to grow in Edinburgh and would like to attract an experienced leader who can deliver:

In addition, this role will be seen as a ‘future hire’ with potential succession to the Board something that would be achievable and expected.

 

We would like to speak to candidates who are experienced Operational Leaders who may have come through the commercial or operations route. Ideally, we would like to attract those who have experience in construction services as either a main contractor or a sub-contractor and who is able to lead multiple projects across a diverse range of customers. 

 

You will be a collaborator with strong drive and commerciality who take a pro-active approach, engaging others in the end objective and creating a strong sense of purpose and direction.  Working with clients will be something that you excel at and identifying opportunities to grow and improve the business will come as second nature.
