You enjoy creating, implementing and monitoring a marketing and communications strategy, ensuring it aligns with the business’ goals. 
Engage is partnering with NWH Group to recruit a Marketing & Brand Manager to support Husband and Wife Directors in the business. NWH is a family business and one of the UK’s fastest-growing waste management companies. They have a vibrant, fun culture where opportunities abound for those with the ambition and drive to achieve. 
This role will constantly evolve, and no two days will be the same, so it’s not for the faint-hearted; however, there will be freedom to make decisions, take the initiative and learn. 
What you do: (The social face of the business) 

  • To manage and lead the marketing team of external consultants.

  • To manage forecasting and Budget and report on both.

  • To build and execute the social media strategy.

  • To manage all partnerships with sales and all other departments with customer and supplier communications through social and mail chimp media.

  • To work with the acquisitions team, providing geographical market analysis, to create a marketing strategy to embed any future business purchases.

  • Assisting with social media content sourcing, creation, and post scheduling in line with brand guidelines.

  • Website content management.

  • Manage schedule of ongoing email campaigns in line with business requirements.

  • Monthly analytical reporting on the website and social media.

  • Monthly recommendation reports to the marketing manager to assist in planning future campaigns.

  • Maintaining and managing the database of clients and contacts.

  • Source and write press releases distributing them to critical media.

  • Creation and update of sales literature to complement current branding. 

  • Creative design when required by sales and board teams.


About you: (The Dream Marketer)  

  • Be confident in carrying out updates to company website pages via CMS.

  • Have experience creating and monitoring campaigns via Mailchimp.

  • Be confident in video creation for social media.

  • Management of CSR partnerships and content creation.

  • Have attention to detail.

  • Be able to multitask and prioritise workloads.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Creative and versatile.

  • Good IT Skills.
