Being a digital producer brings together skills from both account and project management to create an end-to-end product owner and client champion. We are looking for people who display the right attitude, take pride in nurturing relationships to deliver outstanding results for clients, as well as aptitude for the role. Do you have:

  • A knack for problem-solving?

Do you want:

  • To collaborate with a successful production team in managing a portfolio of interesting and varied accounts?
  • Be regularly in contact with clients and nurture relationships?
  • Take ownership and regularly report on all projects both internally and externally?
  • Assist the wider team in business development?
  • Create proposals?
  • Manage new projects from end-to-end, including the delivery of workshops?
  • Assist in planning and scheduling of ad-hoc work and site maintenance?
  • Maintain oversight and management of retainers and support work?
  • Manage stakeholders to agree on scope of work, align client objectives and manage expectations?
  • Partake in daily SCRUM stand-ups?
  • Present proposals, close opportunities and brief teams on client requirements?

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience within a similar role, ideally in digital
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills, ideally in digital
  • Strong commercial awareness of project delivery, P&L and margin retention
  • Comfortable with both client and internal comms (written and verbal)
  • A penchant for detail
  • Exemplary time management; often working to time-sensitive deadlines
  • The ability to prioritise workloads effectively
  • Fully up to speed in Google Docs and/or Microsoft Office suite.
