Do you have a passion for delivering best-in-class customer experience? Do you have a keen eye for detail and are meticulous in your approach to work? We would love to speak to a talented Customer Service Coordinator, to join a leading manufacturing organisation in Stirling, on a permanent basis.
Your experience of dealing with relationships will be instrumental in supporting both our clients and services, delivering full account management from initial enquiry through to delivery, as well as assisting in resolving queries and issues
As part of this role, you'll be:
Answering calls and email queries accurately and efficiently
Ensuring a polite, courteous, and professional attitude with customers and colleagues alike
Inputting key customer details with full accuracy into internal systems
Taking full ownership of customer communication, ensuring an agreeable solution is found.
Contributing to improvement ideas across customer service team and wider business operation
Ideally, you'll have:
Strong attention to detail
Customer service experience either over phone or face-to-face
Excellent relationship-building skills
An agile and positive working approach
Working hours are standard Monday-Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm, and there is free car parking on site.
