Our client is a unique, premier organisation for Chief Executives. Providing a global platform for them to engage, learn and grow.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join their team as Chapter Manager in a home-based role. The CM will provide professional support to the Chapter’s executive committee and act as a liaison between the local chapter and the global organisation, ensuring chapters comply with governance and maintaining chapter health.

Do you have:

  • The ability to self-motivate and work independently?
  • Excellent organisational skills and commitment to detail?
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment?
  • A positive, proactive approach to work?

What we are looking for:

  • Professional business experience working with Chief Executives and supporting high-level customers
  • Experience in co-ordinating and delivering events (qualifications in Event/Project management desirable)
  • Strong office administration skills
  • Computer literate and working knowledge of social media platforms

Responsibilities include:

  • General governance of Chapter Chair
  • Assisting and coordinating executive meetings
  • Chapter Chair administrative duties
  • Chapter membership database management
  • Planning, coordination and delivery of network events
  • Coordination of moderator training or forum fundamentals programmes
  • Working with Finance Officer to prepare annual budget
  • Supporting Mentoring Officer with tracking of Mentor/Mentee participation
  • Planning and development of annual learning calendar
