Business Development Manager/Coordinator - Anywhere in Scotland

You’re a proven Business Development Professional. You have wide experience in developing new business relationships and generating growth opportunities. 

You have a excellent sales record, and past experience seeking out and securing new business. 

However, you want to take the next step in your career and be part of a rapidly expanding business that offers working within a vibrant and creative team dedicated to unlocking your potential.

Offering hybrid working, condensed hours where required and a bonus dependent on company performance.

As part of this role, you’ll be:

• Developing new business relationships, generating and negotiating new growth and income opportunities while managing existing clients 

• Promoting the company at industry events and trade shows

• Agreeing and delivering sales targets for relevant divisions

• Responding to tenders and requests for information, liaising with the Bid Support, operations and commercial teams as required

• Understanding clients needs and issues, sharing this with delivery teams, providing support to internal teams with relationship management at site level

Ideally, you'll have:

• Architecture or fit out construction background

• Confidence, being able to communicate and present ideas and solutions, with the ability to negotiate and close sales.

• Ability to cross sell services that will secure new client relationships as well as maintain existing client relationships. 

• Strong team working skills, vital to secure the buy-in of internal clients including bid teams, operation and commercial teams. 

• The resource to be able to travel as and when the job requires to attend client or events
